The Foundation for the Diffusion of Knowledge and the Customs Law is a private legal entity nacional, nonprofit, recognized in this regard by the State and the general interest of its purposes.

Registered in the Ministry of Education, the Foundation was created in April 2010 with the aim of developing and promoting training, education and research in the field of international trade and customs law, the dissemination and development of good practices and the creation of graduate programs related to the customs law and international trade.
