The legal framework for the Anti-dumping measures

In this book, the author seeks to bring readers closer to the procedure for setting out the anti-dumping measures. On the one hand, this is achieved in a simple, straightforward manner, by displaying every mechanism, -profusely illustrated with examples-, which leads to the setting of provisional or definitive duties where appropriate. On the other, by describing the role of certain bodies which clearly have a significant impact on decisions adopted and decisions to be made by the EU legislator such as the OLAF, the European Court of Justice and the Dispute Settlement Body, the latter within the framework of the World Trade Organisation.
